• GUILFORD & MECKLENBURG COUNTIES, NC

MOBILE PATROL SERVICES

Mobile patrol officers make recurring property checks on established routes in Guilford and Mecklenburg counties, North Carolina. Service may expand to another county if sufficient demand supports a route.

  • HOW PATROL WORKS

A PLAN FOR EACH PROPERTY

We establish patrol objectives with each client: what to check, which areas need attention, how access works, and what should trigger a call or escalation. Visits may be scheduled or randomized within the contracted window.

Officers can inspect entrances and common areas, observe activity, address site-specific concerns, and record findings for management. Patrol coverage and response terms are defined in the service agreement.

  • CHOOSING A MODEL

PATROL OR DEDICATED COVERAGE?

Our random mobile patrol service is always staffed by armed officers who share a route across properties.

Dedicated coverage assigns an officer to one property for a set schedule and can be armed or unarmed. A dedicated unarmed officer may use a patrol vehicle to cover that assigned site; that is a separate service from our random mobile patrol routes. We can combine coverage models when a site’s needs change by time of day.

  • A PATROL VISIT

WHAT HAPPENS DURING A VISIT

A patrol officer arrives during the agreed coverage window, checks the areas identified in the site plan, observes conditions, addresses concerns within the assigned role, and records the visit. Checks can cover doors and gates, parking areas, lighting, amenities, common areas, signs of damage, and activity that warrants follow-up. Visits are intentionally spread across the route; a contract specifies the number and timing of visits rather than continuous presence.

  • Randomized visits reduce the predictability of routine checks.
  • Directed attention can focus on a recent series of incidents or a specific area.
  • Incidents are reported and escalated under the property’s contact instructions.
  • Alarm or on-call response is included only when the agreement provides for it.
  • AFTER THE CHECK

REPORTING AND RESPONSE

Our communications center coordinates field personnel and records calls for service. Clients can receive activity and incident information in the agreed format, including what was observed, what action was taken, and what remains for management. Response depends on the officer’s location, availability, and contract terms; immediate or continuous coverage calls for a dedicated post.
